Oriten, a product of CHNH, LLC, displays data from the following sources. We are grateful to each of them. None of these organizations endorses Oriten.

Aviation data

Federal Aviation Administration (FAA): Airspace boundaries, UAS facility map (LAANC grid) data, temporary flight restrictions (TFRs), special use airspace, national security UAS flight restrictions, FAA-recognized identification areas, and airport data are derived from publicly available FAA sources, including FAA ArcGIS services and tfr.faa.gov. FAA data is in the public domain as a U.S. government work. Oriten republishes this data on a periodic schedule; see the Safety & Aviation Data Disclaimer regarding currency.

Weather data

Open-Meteo: Weather forecast data is provided by Open-Meteo.com, licensed under CC BY 4.0.
NOAA Space Weather Prediction Center: Planetary K-index forecasts are provided by NOAA SWPC, a U.S. government source in the public domain.

Maps

Apple Maps: Base maps, geocoding, and location search are provided by Apple’s MapKit framework. Map data © Apple and its data providers.

Open-source software

Oriten and its supporting services are built with open-source software. Notable components include Mapbox Vector Tile tooling (including tippecanoe) used in preparing airspace map tiles.
